The stay was really enjoyable! The staff were friendly, and the rooms were clean and comfy, especially with a lovely harbor view. Breakfast could use a bit of improvement, but the location was convenient. A pleasant stopover with great vibes during our road trip!

We were in Gladstone for 1 day, had very nice stay, the hotel was clean with comfortable location to harbour. Had warm drinks in the tapas bar. Overall the service was very good.

the rooms were large and the beds and pillows very very comfortable
i paid an extra $30 for an ocean view which was a bit of the harbour where the industrial area was if i had known that i would have stayed in the city view room i think they should have explained that to me.

review: Rooms were well-presented, although the bathrooms were a bit cramped. The hotel offered a lovely pool with ample seating, and both the drinks and food at the cafe were good. Friendly staff added to the pleasant atmosphere, making it a well-priced choice in central Gladstone. , rating: 8, date of stay: 2024-03-15}

Tbh, had a wonderful stay for one night. We truly enjoyed the comforts of this ideal central hotel. The room itself was generous-sized and recently renovated here with out to the harbour, an exceptionally comfortable bed and the fridge.

Absolutely great place, superfriendly staff on the phone to reception desk. Handy location of the hotel right in town so close too everything in town even though Gladstone town centre is boring. Also - really close to many great eateries within close proximity and high above the harbour, and restaurants in walking distance.

I couldn't believe the check-in experience. No one was at the desk, and when I finally got help, the attitude was awful! It felt like they were doing me a favor instead of cute me. Super frustrating!

The restaurant and it's staff were excellent. Service was efficient and friendly while the meals were reasonably priced and of excellent quality.
The appearance of the hotel when approached from the carpark left a little to be desired.

The stay was generally pleasant, with the room being lovely and well-equipped. The staff at the front desk was helpful, especially when I faced a travel issue. I faced a bit of noise early in the morning due to slamming doors. It was a comfortable visit and I found the bed to be quite comfy after a long day of exploring nearby attractions.

The room, while a bit run-down and in need of updating, provided enough comfort for two people. I found the minibar stocked to the brim, which left little space for my own items—a minor inconvenience.
One slight drawback was the Wi-Fi connection, which occasionally dropped. While it wasn’t a major issue, it was a bit frustrating when trying to catch up on emails.

Great Location for Business Trips
The hotel's location is ideal, being close to both 1770 and Agnes Water, providing excellent opportunities for nature exploration after a hectic day of meetings. The adjoining surf beach is the perfect spot for some relaxation, offering a beautiful backdrop and a refreshing escape. The staff were friendly and accommodating throughout my stay, making me feel welcome and valued. I also found the beds to be very comfortable, which was essential for winding down after busy workdays.
Everything was amazing.

Its location to the course I was running.
The internet pictures do not much the room I got. The pool was out of order and I was looking forward to a swim, internet didnt state it was out of action. In room 201 there is a gap runs right round the roof. The hot tap fellow off on my husbands foot, its quite heavey from that distance. Tv reception not very good.

No nonsense, just the truth
The newly renovated space offered a comfortable bed and great views. Ample parking and a convenient location near eateries enhanced our experience. The hotel features a swimming pool, yet there were limitations with on-site dining . Excellent value overall!
